We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Fragrance products can only be returned if the seal is intact. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product fault.
Exchanges are available for unused products within 30 days of delivery. If the item you would like to exchange for is a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
